Your Style Team
Orders placed with ground shipping usually take 1-3 days to process and be out for shipping. With standard ground shipping, your order should arrive in 4-10 days. We proudly ship via USPS.
All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.
As of 2/14/14, The Bravado ships domestically in the United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to a flat rate of $13 shipping. Note: we ship Monday-Friday only. Orders taken after 12pm (EST) on Friday will be shipped on the following business Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.
Returns vs. Store Credit
At this time, The Bravado does not offer returns for cash or credit back. However, we do understand that sometimes you want to return or exchange the product!
Instead of returning the product for complete cash or credit back, we are happy to provide you with store credit that will never expire. Simply send us an email within 7 days of receiving your package, state why you need to return the item, and we will provide you with your personalized store credit code. You are free to return the item with a shipping company of your choice and at your own expense. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of your package; simply send us an email, state why you are exchanging the item, and what you need (i.e. different size) and we'll take it from there - you will send the item back to us and we will ship your new item within 1-3 days of receipt. The return shipping will be done at your cost and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the return form for each order (provided to you in an email) and including each form inside the return package.
*Gift cards, e-gift certificates, jewelry, and final sale or clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
Changing an order
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, changes to your order cannot be made. However, if you have entered an incorrect shipping address or information, please email us as soon as possible so that we can correct the information. Please note that once your package has shipped, UPS charges an $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
The Bravado reserves the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason. Should an item be out of stock upon placing your order, you will be notified immediately by email and/or phone and refunded the money. Should the item come back into stock (or should we plan to get moreof this item soon), you will be notified of this as well. We believe in the power of the informed customer!
